From rebranding to a strong and vibrant new identidy.
Equans as a brand required a lot of work at the beginning to create engaging designs with, much of the original documentation we got, whilst well considered from a visual perspective felt like it wasn't super usable for everday applications.
It was those everyday applications that I helped bring to life within the design team. We created brochures, printed assets for events, social media posts and all the collateral the company needed to take it from those brand documents to a living idea. This also included basic elements like Word and Powerpoint templates which would let employees self-serve, and creating asset libraries using Adobe Creative Cloud to ensure consistency and ease of access for employees across the business.
Whilst working at Equans I have worked on projects large and small, some stretching the brand to the limit - some which involved using new bespoke brands and some which were as simple as adjusting colours and fonts. All of them have their own challenges and working within a brand for a large company which has had a significant rebrand requires constant vigilance to make sure that we create assets which are both beautiful and consistenly recognisable as our companies.
